VANOISE - TARENTAISE SKI TOURS

This topo brings together all the main ski touring routes starting from the ski resorts of Val d'Isère, Tignes, Sainte Foy, Les Arcs, La Plagne, Chapagny, Pralognan, Courchevel, Méribel and Val Thorens.

The difficulty range of the tours will make this guide equally useful for all ski tourers, from novices or occasional off piste skiers to regular mountaineers. The authors are specialists in their field.

Christophe Gotti, international mountain leader, national cross country ski Instructor and Vanoise National Park warden, is an habitué of major ski mountaineering competitions, such as the Pierra Menta, the Patrouille des Glaciers and the Trophée Mezzalama. He is co-author of the Plus beaux circuits en randonnée pédestre en Vanoise published by Glénat.

Fabrice Villaret, high-mountain guide, national ski instructor and an exceptional skier, is also a co-author of another Vamos ski guide, L'Alpe d'Huez - Les 2 Alpes - La Grave Off-Piste.
Both authors have 20 years of experience in the Vanoise Massif.
